Privacy Policy (English)
AI Shoji (“we”) operates the YouTube channel “LUXE LAB BGM” and the internal tool “LUXE LAB BGM Uploader” (the “Tool”).
YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
Data we access
The Tool requests only the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly scopes. It handles the OAuth refresh token, the channel ID and title, and the IDs and processing status of the videos the operator uploads. It does not access email addresses, contacts, watch history or comments.
How we use it
The data is used only to upload videos as private to the operator’s own channel, to confirm the upload destination, and to record and resume uploads. It is never used for advertising, profiling, machine-learning training or sale.
Storage, retention and deletion
Credentials are stored only in the macOS Keychain on the operator’s device, and upload records only in local files on that device. Nothing is sent to our own servers. Credentials are deleted when the Tool is no longer used or access is revoked. Data obtained from the API is deleted or refreshed within 30 days of last use.
Sharing
We do not share, transfer or sell this data to third parties, except as required by law. The Tool communicates only with Google (YouTube API).
Cookies
This website and the Tool do not use cookies or analytics to collect visitor information.
Revoking access
You can revoke the Tool’s access at any time from the Google security settings page.
